How do I personalise my order?

Once you have completed the payment for your order, you will receive an email notification from us, this will include your order number.

 

In an email to us (sales@bebela.co.uk), enter this Order Number as the subject so that we can know which order to customise.

For example: – “Order Number: #16427

 

In your email, please give as much detail about your personalisation as you can, as to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the customisation.

 

If you have multiple items on your order, please detail and itemise clearly in the email, the customisations for each of the items.

How is my product shipped?

When we have finished creating your beautiful product, we’ll take a picture of it for our records, complete and ready to go.

 

We then wrap it, box it, and ship it.

What do I do if my order is wrong/faulty/damaged?

The first thing you need to do upon finding that your order is wrong/faulty/damaged, is not to tamper any further with the item(s) in question and contact us immediately via our contact us page or emailing us at sales@bebela.co.uk, using your order number as the subject.

 

Please include as much detail and images of the wrong/faulty/damaged item.

 

We endeavor to respond and resolve all issues as soon as we can, and this is achieved with your cooperation. The last thing we want is an unhappy customer.
